My Poems

Epitasis, 2025

Column

Column clear

An empty stage,
Blinding lights
Standing on
Separate heights

Column clear

Let fall slowly
I turn away
Trust hands that turn
It’ll be okay.

Column clear

All that I know, everything I see now
Is all that my eyes allow
A comforting smile, a fractured future
Life always feels so unsure

Column clear

Close sunken eyes, picture
Seven starry night skies.
Play me quiet melodies
Pirouettes and fantasies

Column clear

How it feels so   alone
Without you.

Compare, 2026

Column

Column clear

Do sparrows weep still
When roosters come out to crow?

Column clear

Such ducklings deemed unfit
Grow wings of winter’s snow.

Beautiful Transgressions, 2026

Column

Column clear

Close the curtain
Turn off the lights again
An unseen pillow, ceilings hang o’er me
Everyone sings elegies

Column clear

Unanswered prayers
Laid down to rest
Feel the weight of silence
Tightening in my chest

Column clear

Wrote my fears
Into a song
I knew they’d come all along
I knew they’d come all along

Column clear

Face the music
Without regret
To have embraced Eden’s rose
Never shall my heart forget

Column clear

For all that is forbidden
Forever exiled from heaven

Column clear

So if I rise not
To the morning dew
My final trespass
Will be loving you
